Aufgaben
- ■In deiner Rolle führst du disziplinarisch ein dreiköpfiges HR-Analytics-Team, setzt klare Prioritäten und steuerst Projekte sowie fachliche Themen, während dein Team die operative Umsetzung eigenständig verantwortet.
- ■Darüber hinaus entwickelst und optimierst du Workforce-Analytics-Dashboards, HR-KPIs und Reports und schaffst so einen messbaren Mehrwert für die gesamte Organisation.
- ■Zudem erstellst, analysierst und interpretierst du Personalstatistiken sowie Ad-hoc-Auswertungen zielgruppengerecht und leitest daraus fundierte Erkenntnisse ab.
- ■Gleichzeitig stellst du entscheidungsrelevante Daten strukturiert, zuverlässig und termingerecht für interne und externe Stakeholder bereit und fungierst als zentraler Ansprechpartner für die CHRO, insbesondere bei budgetrelevanten Fragestellungen.
- ■Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Steuerung des globalen HR-Budgetprozesses in enger Abstimmung mit dem Controlling, einschließlich Workforce Planning und Sizing, sowie auf der aktiven Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP SuccessFactors und der Budgetierungsprozesse.
- ■Nicht zuletzt treibst du die Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und Weiterentwicklung der HR-Analytics- und Systemlandschaft voran, begleitest Transformationen (u. a. SAP HCM zu S/4HANA, Employee Central) und übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle in relevanten Projekten.
- ■Die Stelle kann in Teilzeit besetzt werden (min. 20 Stunden) und kann zu 50% remote durchgeführt werden
Profil
- ■Abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. (Wirtschafts-)Psychologie, BWL mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Controlling/Finanzen) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- ■Fundierte Erfahrung in HR Reporting & HR Analytics; sicherer Umgang mit komplexen Datenstrukturen, Datenqualität und Budgetverantwortung
- ■Erfahrung mit SAP SuccessFactors (insb. Employee Central) sowie gutes Verständnis von HR End-to-End-Prozessen
- ■Einschlägige Projektmanagement-Erfahrung, idealerweise im Umfeld von SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors oder HR-Digitalisierungsprojekten
- ■Sicherer Umgang mit modernen Reporting- und Visualisierungstools sowie Workforce-Analytics-Methoden; ausgeprägtes Verständnis für KPIs, Dashboard-Design und Budgetprozesse
- ■Erfahrung in Aufbau, Entwicklung und Führung von Teams; starke Stakeholder-Management- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten; verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
