Als Teamkoordinator*in Kaufmännische Prozesse (w/m/d) übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in der Steuerung und Optimierung unserer kaufmännischen Abläufe. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team trägst du zum Erfolg der TÜV Rheinland Akademie bei.

Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Gemeinsam mit dem kaufmännischen Team setzt du die Strategie und die Ziele effektiv um und koordinierst die operativen sowie administrativen Aufgaben.
- ■Teamrelevante Informationen und Anweisungen vermittelst du klar und transparent und förderst einen offenen Austausch.
- ■Die Qualität der Arbeitsergebnisse wird von dir überwacht, und du stellst sicher, dass alle Tätigkeiten den Richtlinien und Vorgaben der TÜV Rheinland Group entsprechen.
- ■Als fachliche Ansprechperson trägst du Verantwortung für zentrale Themen wie SAP Ariba, Concur und VIM-Workflow.
- ■Das kaufmännische Team profitiert von deiner Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft, insbesondere bei kreditorischen Fragestellungen.
- ■Du setzt Prioritäten, koordinierst die Arbeitsverteilung und behältst den Überblick über An- und Abwesenheiten im Team.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- ■Erste Erfahrungen in der Leitung oder Koordination von Teams
- ■Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis sowie strukturierte und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise
- ■Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Excel: Pivot, SVERWEIS, Power Query) sowie sicherer Umgang mit Outlook und Teams
- ■Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP oder einem vergleichbaren ERP-System
- ■Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
