Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Als Tender Manager*in (w/m/d) identifizieren und bewerten Sie eigenständig öffentliche Ausschreibungen.
- ■Hierbei verantworten Sie die Registrierung und Vorqualifikation auf Plattformen und screenen regelmäßig nach vielversprechenden Möglichkeiten.
- ■Mit Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit steuern Sie die Erstellung von Angeboten und unterstützen die Vorbereitung von komplexen Rahmenverträgen.
- ■Sie koordinieren die Prüfung von Ausschreibungen hinsichtlich Machbarkeit, rechtlicher Risiken und Risikoanalyse.
- ■In Ihrem Zuständigkeitsbereich liegt zusätzlich die selbständige Erstellung von Angeboten mit Blick auf Preislisten, Kalkulationstools, Qualitätskontrolle, Versand, Nachbereitung sowie Erfolgsanalyse.
- ■Sie pflegen unsere internen Tenderdokumente und entwickeln diese kontinuierlich weiter und halten unsere Kundendaten in Salesforce stets aktuell.
- ■Sie arbeiten in einem dynamischen und kooperativen Team mit der Möglichkeit, hybrid und remote zu arbeiten.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Bachelorstudium
- ■Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der (Groß-) Kundenbetreuung, idealerweise im Tender/Bid Management
- ■Vorkenntnisse im Vertragsrecht
- ■Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office Anwendungen, Erfahrungen in Salesforce sowie S/4 HANA
- ■Freude bei komplexen Aufgabenstellungen den Überblick zu behalten und diese souverän und termingerecht abzuschließen
- ■Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
