Job Description
- ■Welcomes the customer and checks the vehicle and personnel documentation for correctness and enters the data into the system.
- ■Takes the payment for the inspection (if applicable) collects the keys of the client and launches the car for inspection.
- ■Supports customers with any queries and complaints from any channels.
- ■Supports scheduling of tests if required.
- ■Handles and files correspondence, answers incoming calls.
- ■Other duties as assigned.
Experience & Further Qualifications
- ■At least 1-3 years of professional experience in related area.
