Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Du unterstützt die zuständige Niederlassungsleitung bei der standortübergreifenden fachlichen und disziplinarischen Verantwortung für die arbeitsmedizinischen Zentren in Berlin und Potsdam.
- ■Im Rahmen deiner Ausbildung wirst du flexibel auch an unterschiedlichen Standorten des Regionalbereiches Nord-Ost (Berlin, Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern und Sachen-Anhalt) mit dem Fokus auf Berlin und Potsdam eingesetzt.
- ■Du wirst in die Führungsaufgaben einer Niederlassungsleitung eingearbeitet und übernimmst Zuständigkeiten für unterschiedliche Berufsgruppen wie arbeitsmedizinisches Personal, Fachkräfte für Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsmanager.
- ■Du wirst mit Fort- und Weiterbildungen sowie praktischen Aufgaben für die zukünftige wirtschaftliche Verantwortung von Standorten, für die optimale Ressourcensteuerung und Kundenbearbeitung der Region geschult und eingearbeitet und bist vom Start des Trainees an Mitglied des Führungsteams der Region.
- ■Zusätzlich übernimmst Du als Trainee spezifische Projekte wie z.B. Digitalisierung oder Prozessoptimierung und sammelst so prägende Erfahrungen in Schlüsselbereichen.
- ■Während des Traineeprogramms wirst du tiefe Einblicke in die verschiedenen kaufmännischen Serviceabteilungen wie den Vertrieb und die Disposition erhalten und unsere Professionen aus dem Bereich des Gesundheitsmanagements, der Arbeitssicherheit und Arbeitsmedizin kennenlernen.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschlossenes Studium aus dem Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Gesundheitsmanagement, Sicherheitsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
- ■Erfahrungen aus einem Unternehmen der Dienstleistungsbranche und Vertrautheit mit grundlegenden kaufmännischen Prozessen sind zwingend erforderlich
- ■Kenntnisse im Bereich Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz sind von Vorteil
- ■Unternehmerisches Denken, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und sicheres Auftreten
- ■Besitz eines Führerscheins der Klasse B sowie Bereitschaft und Flexibilität für Dienstreisen innerhalb Deutschlands sind notwendig
