1. Develop and organize curriculum outlines, courseware, and examinations related to new energy vehicle technology. Conduct teaching sessions, organize practice and assessments for students, and be responsible for the outcomes.

2. Develop teaching syllabi and handouts, collect case materials related to the course to enrich the teaching content and achieve educational objectives.

3. Understand the current learning status and expectations of students, and continually improve teaching content based on student feedback.

4. Communicate with the German expert team and continuously optimize the teaching plan based on the German dual system of apprenticeship.

5. Maintain technical acuity, actively acquire the latest technology and information on new energy vehicles and integrate it into teaching.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor of Science degree in Automotive, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
汽车、电气或机电一体化学士学位
2. Over 5 years of experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of new energy vehicles, or experience in whole vehicle/components design and testing of NEV.
5年以上新能源车辆维修、故障排查工作经验,或新能源汽车整车/零部件设计、测试测试工作经验
3. Possess strong practical skills in car maintenance and troubleshooting, capable of independently analyzing and solving common parts and system failures.
具备较强的汽车维修,故障排查实践动手能力,能够独立分析解决常见的零件及系统故障
4. Has strong curriculum development abilities and communication skills, capable of independently conducting classes.

5. Possesses logical thinking and quick learning abilities, an open mindset, and is fluent in English for communication, reading, and teaching. Capable of cross-cultural exchange and teamwork to achieve project objectives.

6. Candidates with vocational college teaching experience will be given priority.

7. Candidates with over two years of training experience in new energy vehicle OEMs or 4S shops, or those with the ability to develop courses, will be given priority.

8. Proficient in Office software with excellent writing skills.
