Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■In der Abteilung Business Development unserer Akademie, bist du verantwortlich für das Portfolio im Bereich Industrie 4.0.
- ■Du engagierst dich für die Erarbeitung, Umsetzung und Aktualisierung bestehender sowie neuer Produkte in verschiedenen Lernformaten (Präsenz, hybrid, virtuell) und für verschiedene Zielgruppen (Arbeitslose, geförderte Beschäftigte, Unternehmen).
- ■Du analysierst die Qualifizierungsbedarfe und ggf. rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen am Markt und definierst, in Abstimmung mit internen und externen Partner:innen, daran ausgerichtete Produkte.
- ■Du pflegst ein strategisch-fachliches Netzwerk zu Fachkolleg:innen innerhalb des TÜV Rheinlands, zu externen Expert:innen, Dozent:innen und Kund:innen im Umfeld des zu verantwortenden Produkt-/Fachgebietes.
- ■Du beteiligst dich an Prozessoptimierungen und der Weiterentwicklung der Qualitätsstandards sowie der Datenpflege in der Produktdatenbank und Kursverwaltungssystemen.
Berufserfahrung
- ■Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Techniker in einem der folgenden Bereiche: Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Robotik oder IT
- ■Berufliche Praxis in einem der jeweiligen Bereiche sowie eine hohe Affinität zur Konzepterstellung werden vorausgesetzt
- ■Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, Business Development oder Kenntnisse in der geförderten Weiterbildungsbranche
- ■Interesse und Freude an der Wettbewerbsanalyse & Konzeption von Bildungsangeboten vor dem Hintergrund der Digitalisierung des Arbeitsmarktes
- ■Organisationstalent, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist sowie eine strukturierte eigenständige Arbeitsweise. Darüber hinaus werden sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) in Wort und Schrift vorausgesetzt
