Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Als Verwaltungsmitarbeiter*in Fahrerlaubnis verantworten Sie die Bearbeitung von Fahrerlaubnis-Anträgen.
- ■Sie koordinieren dabei Benachrichtigungen an Fahrschulen sowie Terminanforderungen für praktische/mündliche Prüfungen.
- ■Überdies pflegen Sie Prüfungslisten und bereiten Prüfungsprogramme vor.
- ■Tourenplanung sowie administrative Tätigkeiten runden Ihr Profil ab.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung wie Kaufmann bzw. Kauffrau für Büromanagement oder Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung
- ■Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Verwaltung
- ■Gute PC-Kenntnisse speziell im Bereich MS Office (Word, Excel) sowie SAP-Kenntnisse
- ■Freundliches und verbindliches Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden und Mitarbeitern
- ■Selbständiges und kundenorientiertes Arbeiten, Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Servicebereitschaft
- ■Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse - weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil (insbesondere Englisch)
