Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Sie unterstützen bei der KDM (Kriech-Dehnungs-Messung)-Tour: Unsere Abteilung betreut mehrere Messstellen in Kraftwerken und Chemieparks (RWE und LyondellBasell) im Umkreis von Köln. Die Tätigkeit ermöglicht einen Einblick auf den Arbeitsalltag in der (Groß-) Industrie.
  • Sie leisten unterstützende Tätigkeiten im Bereich von Hardwareherstellung für die Sachverständigen der Aufzugsprüfung. Dies umfasst die Fertigung von Messsystemen, die von den TÜV-Rheinland Prüfer*innen im Alltag verwendet werden.
  • Sie dokumentieren die verwendete Software, die für die Kalibrierung der Messsysteme verwendet wird (verwendete Software ist Delphi 2007).
  • Sie arbeiten die in Delphi verwendeten Funktionen/Algorithmen aus und überprüfen eine Umsetzung in eine moderne Programmiersprache (bevorzugt Python).
  • Sie unterstützen ein AI-Projekt im Bereich RobotVision/Bilderkennung und beim Design von 3D-Modellen (Blender, FreeCAD, OpenCAD).

Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen

  • Immatrikulierte*r Student*in im Bereich Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau oder ähnlichem Studiengang
  • Erste Programmierkenntnisse sowie ein grundlegendes Interesse an programmiertechnischen Lösungen sind von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse über Programmierumgebungen (Visual Studio o.ä.) und Git sind von Vorteil
  • Analyse von Schaltungen
  • Handwerkliches Geschick im Bereich Elektronik und Installation auf der Baustelle (Löten, Schleifen, Messen)
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse optional
