Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Sie arbeiten eng mit unseren Vertriebsmitarbeitern zusammen und unterstützen diese bei der Kundenakquise und -betreuung.
  • Sie erstellen und pflegen Angebote, Verträge und Präsentationen für Kunden.
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Pflege und Aktualisierung der Kundendatenbank sowie die Verwaltung von Verkaufsdokumenten.
  • Sie organisieren und koordinieren Treffen, Anrufe und Videokonferenzen mit Kunden und internen Teams.
  • Sie unterstützen unsere Kunden nach dem Verkauf und sorgen dafür, dass ihre Anfragen und Probleme zeitnah gelöst werden.
  • Sie erstellen regelmäßige Berichte und Analysen zu Verkaufsaktivitäten und organisatorischen Prozessen.
  • Sie übernehmen allgemeine administrative Aufgaben zur Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams.

Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen

  • Eingeschriebene*r Student*in der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkten in Marketing, Vertrieb oder Marktforschung, Datenwissenschaft oder Unternehmensanalyse
  • Kundenorientierung sowie Freude am Kundenkontakt
  • IT-Affinität sowie hohe und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Hohe Qualitätsansprüche an Ihre Arbeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein, auch bei Routinearbeiten
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten und eine proaktive Arbeitsweise mit der Bereitschaft, sich in neue Themengebiete einzuarbeiten
  • Engagement und Kreativität bei der Suche nach neuen Wegen, um Vertriebsstrategien durch Marketingaktionen zu unterstützen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
