Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Sie arbeiten eng mit unseren Vertriebsmitarbeitern zusammen und unterstützen diese bei der Kundenakquise und -betreuung.
- ■Sie erstellen und pflegen Angebote, Verträge und Präsentationen für Kunden.
- ■Sie sind verantwortlich für die Pflege und Aktualisierung der Kundendatenbank sowie die Verwaltung von Verkaufsdokumenten.
- ■Sie organisieren und koordinieren Treffen, Anrufe und Videokonferenzen mit Kunden und internen Teams.
- ■Sie unterstützen unsere Kunden nach dem Verkauf und sorgen dafür, dass ihre Anfragen und Probleme zeitnah gelöst werden.
- ■Sie erstellen regelmäßige Berichte und Analysen zu Verkaufsaktivitäten und organisatorischen Prozessen.
- ■Sie übernehmen allgemeine administrative Aufgaben zur Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Eingeschriebene*r Student*in der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkten in Marketing, Vertrieb oder Marktforschung, Datenwissenschaft oder Unternehmensanalyse
- ■Kundenorientierung sowie Freude am Kundenkontakt
- ■IT-Affinität sowie hohe und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- ■Hohe Qualitätsansprüche an Ihre Arbeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein, auch bei Routinearbeiten
- ■Analytische Fähigkeiten und eine proaktive Arbeitsweise mit der Bereitschaft, sich in neue Themengebiete einzuarbeiten
- ■Engagement und Kreativität bei der Suche nach neuen Wegen, um Vertriebsstrategien durch Marketingaktionen zu unterstützen
- ■Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
