Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Unterstützung von Mitarbeitern/Projektteams bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben, z. B. bei der Erstellung von Zertifikaten oder der Anlagen von Kundenstammdaten.
- ■Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften (z. B. zur Erstellung/Vorbereitung von Berichten, Präsentationen sowie bei der Planung von Teamevents).
- ■Erledigt weniger komplexe technische Aufgaben unter Aufsicht entsprechend dem jeweiligen Fachgebiet.
- ■Weitere Aufgaben im Tätigkeitsbereich.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Gerne Student*in die BWL, Wirtschaft, Business Administration oder vergleichbares studiert
- ■Microsoft Kenntnisse sind notwendig, Anwendungen wie Outlook, Teams, Excel müssen beherrscht werden
- ■Projekterfahrungen helfen Dir in deiner täglichen Arbeit bei uns
- ■Bonuspunkte sammelst Du, wenn Du Dich im Bereich Managementsysteme, z.B. ISO 9001, etwas auskennst
