Tasks & Responsibilities

■ Rotational Program: Immerse yourself in various technical departments, such as Engineering, Quality Management, Testing, and Certification. Gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies and processes.
■ Technical Projects: Contribute to impactful projects, including vehicle safety testing and advanced driver assistance technologies. Work closely with industry experts and create technical analyses adhering to industry standards.
■ Leadership Development: Enhance your leadership skills through dedicated training, workshops, and mentoring. Take ownership of impactful projects, refine your decision-making abilities, gain confidence and learn from senior leaders.
Work Experience
Qualifications & experiences
■ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical), Physics, or a related technical field
■ Strong technical understanding, analytical thinking, and team spirit. Familiarity with CAD or MATLAB is a plus
■ You are motivated, eager to learn, and open to international challenges. Your emotional intelligence and social engagement make you collaborative team player with leadership potential
■ Willingness to travel and work in an international environment
■ English (level-B2 minimum), additional language skills are an advantage

- ■At least 1-3 years of professional experience in related area.
