Als Zertifizierungsmanager / Reviewer im Gesundheitswesen (w/m/d) zu arbeiten, bedeutet höchste Qualitätsstandards sicherzustellen. Vor allem aber bedeutet es Integrität. Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Als Zertifizierungsmanager / Reviewer im Gesundheitswesen (w/m/d) analysierst du die Prüfverfahren auf technische und formale Richtigkeit und stellst, dass der Auftrag in Übereinstimmung mit der Akkreditierung oder Zulassung durchgeführt wird (z.B. für die Qualitätsstandards DEGEMED, deQus, QMS-Reha...).
- ■Du führst die fachliche Bewertung des Audits auf Basis der eingereichten Dokumente durch.
- ■Die Entscheidung über Zertifizierung, Erteilung, Aussetzung und Entzug des Zertifikats liegen in deiner Verantwortung. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit dem Fachbereich zusammen.
- ■Zusätzlich führst du in geringem Maße Audits als Lead- oder Co-Auditor*in durch, um den Bezug zur Praxis aufrechtzuerhalten.
- ■Du bereitest Beiträge für den Erfahrungsaustausch vor, in dem du auch aktiv mitwirkst.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Ausbildung oder Hochschulabschluss im Gesundheitswesen (z.B. Medizinisch-technische Assistenz, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in, Apotheker*in...)
- ■Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement in der Gesundheitsbranche
- ■Idealerweise Auditorenzulassung für die ISO Norm 9001
- ■Berufserfahrung als 3rd Party Auditor*in ISO 9001 von Vorteil
- ■Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
