岗位描述 Job Descriptions:

1. 组织客户端需求调研、需求澄清与方案确认，管理客户需求变更，协助客户完成业务流程梳理与实施方案制定。Organize client demand research, demand clarification and program confirmation, manage client demand changes, and assist clients in sorting out business processes and formulating implementation plans.2. 负责项目的整体实施与交付管理，包括项目计划制定、团队协调、进度跟踪、风险管理以及成果交付。Be responsible for the overall implementation and delivery management of the project, including project plan formulation, team coordination, progress tracking, risk management and achievement delivery.3. 在项目实施过程中，组织项目例会，推动项目按期完成，实现里程碑目标、保证项目高质量落地，并支持项目验收与交付文档输出。During the project implementation process, organize project regular meetings, promote the project to be completed on schedule, achieve milestone goals, ensure the high-quality landing of the project, and support project acceptance and delivery document output.4. 组织并协调项目团队成员分工合作，包括内部技术研发、工程团队及外部合作伙伴，确保项目流程清晰，分工明确。Organize and coordinate the division of labor and cooperation among project team members, including internal R&D, engineering teams and external partners, to ensure clear project processes and clear division of labor.5. 作为客户项目主要对接人，保持与客户密切沟通，理解其需求，为其提供专业建议，与客户建立长期稳定的合作关系。As the main contact person for the client project, maintain close communication with the client, understand their needs, provide professional suggestions for them, and establish a long-term and stable cooperative relationship with the client.

岗位要求 Job Requirements:

1. 教育背景：本科及以上学历，计算机、信息技术、软件工程及项目管理等相关专业优先。Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above, major in computer, information technology, software engineering, project management and other related majors is preferred.2. 工作经验：至少3年以上项目管理或系统实施经验。Work experience: At least 3 years of project management or system implementation experience.3. 工作态度：努力勤勉，接受长期驻场客户现场办公及出差，积极主动，以结果导向完成工作任务。Work attitude: Hardworking and diligent, accept long-term on-site office at the client's site and business trips, proactive, and complete work tasks with result orientation.4. 专业技能：具备扎实的IT基础知识，了解企业信息系统架构。具有企业级系统实施经验优先。具备优秀的跨团队协调能力及问题解决能力。Professional skills: Possess solid basic IT knowledge and understand enterprise information system architecture. Experience in enterprise-level system implementation is preferred. Possess excellent cross-team coordination ability and problem-solving ability.5. 行业经验：具有能源、电池、光伏或储能行业经验优先考虑。Industry experience: Experience in energy, battery, photovoltaic or energy storage industry is preferred.
