Job Description

  • Administrative order management: scan, storage and upload documents including AF, Quotation, confirmed quotation…to the Compass system
  • Tracking of quotation, order and report status (support for role Coordinator Support).
  • Create Project/Service/Quotation and order number
  • Create Annex of DCL quotation. Cross check DCL monthly quotation
  • Arrange to pick up sample
  • Transfer order information to account Dept for billing
  • Input and maintain the database of assigned files.

Work Experience

  • At least 01-year experience in administrative / coordination role and/or projects-related role.
  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential and dealing with high-person people.
  • Basic knowledge of ISO requirements procedures.
  • Good command of written English, MS office.
