Job Description
- ■Prepare the test site or carry out other technical preparation activities for testing includes receiving samples, checking completeness and assembly, taking pictures and dimensions.
- ■Set up and perform all kinds of test includes preparing related document.
- ■Inform test results and provide necessary technical information to supervisor and or project team members.
- ■Hand over samples to customer and or supplier includes related document.
- ■Perform inspection / sample drawing / loading supervision services at customer site on requirement.
- ■Prepare pre-information, test reports and or inspection report in time
- ■Prepare other technical document includes quality management (“QM”) document, checklists and related reports.
- ■Ensure proper documentation according to ISO17025 and ISO 9001 and support QM team members in setting up and maintaining the quality systems.
- ■Arrange maintenance and calibration of test machines, equipment and other laboratory facilities as well as ensure the availability of required equipment and tools for testing.
- ■Ensure laboratory is always tidy and neat.
Work Experience
- ■Mechanical Engineering/ Wood Processing background or Factory working experience.
- ■At least 2 years of experience in testing of furniture and or hardlines products.
- ■Good knowledge of standards, legal and customer requirements.
- ■Good knowledge of pneumatic, measuring technique, testing control systems.
- ■Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented.
- ■Basic knowledge of ISO requirements procedures.
- ■Fair command of both spoken and written English, MS office.
