Job Descriptions:

1. 负责 UAS无人机的测试和项目工作
Be responsible for the testing and project work of UAS (Unmanned Aerial System) drones

2. 熟悉适航要求，能够配合团队进行 UAS 无人机的操控测试工作
Be familiar with airworthiness requirements and able to cooperate with the team to conduct control testing work of UAS (Unmanned Aerial System) drones

3. 编写测试计划、设计测试方案、测试用例，搭建测试环境
Compile test plans, design test schemes and test cases, and build test environments

4. 分析飞行数据，输出试飞报告
Analyze flight data and output flight test reports

Job Requirements:

1. 全日制普通高校本科及以上学历、飞行器类、电子、自动化或计算机类相关专业
Possess a college degree or above from a Full-time Undergraduate Program at Regular Institution of Higher Education, with a major in aerospace vehicle-related, electronics, automation or computer-related fields

2. 有1年以上硬件测试或研发类相关工作经验
Have more than 1 year of work experience in hardware testing or R&D-related fields

3. 有3年以上航模飞行经验，熟练掌握无人机、固定翼3D等模型无人机手动飞行技巧
Have more than 3 years of aerial model flight experience, and proficiently master manual flight skills of model drones such as UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) and fixed-wing 3D (aerobatic) model drones

4. 了解多旋翼飞行器飞行原理
Understand the flight principles of multi-rotor aircraft

5. 了解掌握适航标准的功能测试、可靠性、环境实验和电子产品相关国家标准和行业标准等
Understand and master functional testing based on airworthiness standards, reliability (testing), environmental tests, as well as relevant national standards and industry standards for electronic products, etc.

6. Good communication, teamwork and customer service sense, practical work, good learning ability

沟通良好，团队合作精神和客户服务意识，工作踏实，有良好的学习能力

7.Good English reading and writing skills, able to read and understand English technical data, English standards and complete English data, documents and reports, etc.
