岗位职责：

1. Conduct testing work on products such as power tools and garden tools in accordance with relevant standards or regulations.

根据相关标准或法规进行电动工具、园林工具等产品的测试工作。

2. Assign test tasks, track test progress, and guide test engineers to complete test work;

分配测试任务，跟踪测试进度，指导测试工程师完成测试工作；
3. Supervise the daily experimental operations of laboratory engineers to ensure safety and quality within the laboratory.

监督实验室工程师日常实验操作，以确保实验室内的安全和质量。

4.Complete other work assigned by the Laboratory manager.
完成实验室经理安排的其他工作。

岗位要求：
1. College degree or above, with a background in electronics and electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, communication engineering, automation engineering, or other science and engineering fields preferred;

大专及以上学历，电子电气、机械、通信、自动化、等理工科专业背景优先；
2. More than three years of relevant laboratory working experience, with experience in testing power tools, garden tools or similar products. Background in the third-party testing industry is preferred.

三年以上实验室相关工作经验，有电动工具、园林工具或同类型产品检测经验，第三方检测行业背景优先.

3. Be responsible, work conscientiously and proactively.

有责任心，工作认真负责，积极主动，
4. Good communication skills, project coordination ability, and the ability to handle certain work pressure;

良好的沟通交流能力，项目协调能力，能承担一定的工作压力；

5. Cet-4 or above in English, with good reading and writing skills;

英文CET4或以上，读写能力良好；
