岗位职责

1.Draft, review and revise contract/bidding documents and other legal documents for complicated commercial projects to provide timely legal support to different internal business streams and functions

起草、审核及修订复杂商业项目的合同、招投标文件及其他法律文书，为公司各业务线与职能部门及时提供法务支持

2.Provide corporate governance services to internal domestic/international entities

为境内外下属主体提供公司治理相关法务服务

3.Assist in internal policies-making, improvement and deployment

协助制定、优化并落地内部规章制度

4.Support dispute resolutions in the areas of contract dispute, employment, etc.

协助处理合同、劳动用工等各类纠纷争议

5.Develop standardized legal document templates for further internal reference

编制标准化法律文书模板，供公司内部统一使用

6.Conduct legal trainings to management team & internal business streams and functions

为管理层及各业务、职能部门开展法律培训

7.Identify potential legal risk areas of the company to provide improvements

排查公司潜在法律风险点，并提出优化整改建议

8.Benchmark with industrial/domestic and international legal practice to keep legal team abreast to new laws, regulations and trends for better legal service

对标行业及国内外法律实务，跟进新法新规与行业趋势，提升法务服务质量

9.Coordinate with external resources for legal services

对接外部法务机构，统筹外部法律服务相关事宜

10.Provide daily legal advice and capable to conduct legal research and analysis on legal issues

提供日常法律咨询，独立完成法律问题调研与分析工作

11.Support compliance programmes

配合推进企业合规体系相关工作

12.Team player, good communication skills with fast-learning capability

具备团队协作意识，沟通能力良好，学习领悟能力强

13.Take reasonable business trips and can handle multi-assignments with pressures

任职能力要求

1.Advanced University degree in Law (e.g. LLB, LLM).

法学本科及以上学历，法学学士、法学硕士均可

2.Passed the National Judicial Examination of P.R. China

通过国家统一法律职业资格考试

3.More than 6 years experience in the area of Legal advisory, counseling within a government agency, law firm, and/or in-house legal department.

拥有6年及以上律所、政府法务部门或企业内部法务咨询相关工作经验

4.An employment within a multi-international company or a Chinese /western JV is a plus.

具备跨国企业、中外合资企业从业经验者优先

5.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

人际交往与沟通表达能力出众

6.Proven ability to build up effective relationships across boundaries (business and region) within the company and with clients

能够跨业务、跨区域维系公司内部及对外客户良好合作关系

Language Skills:
