Job Descriptions:

1.客户开发与维护:

开发新客户,建立长期合作关系;

维护老客户,好客户全生命周期管理,提升客户粘性;

1.Customer Development and Maintenance,

Develop new customers and establish long-term cooperative relationships.

Maintain existing customers, conduct effective full - life - cycle management of customers, and enhance

customer stickiness.

2.市场信息管理:

收集市场动态,新的技术方向,定期整理分析并输出市场报告。

Market Information Management,

Collect market trends and new technological directions. Regularly organize, analyze, and generate market

reports.

3.项目推进落地:

根据客户需求制定专业的解决方案,推动项目落地与运行;

确保项目顺利交付,完成业绩目标

Project Promotion and Implementation, Formulate professional solutions based on customer needs, and drive the implementation and operation of projects; Ensure the smooth delivery of projects and achieve performance targets.

4.销售流程管理: 负责合同签订、订单跟进及回款,确保销售流程闭环。

Sales Process Management, Be responsible for contract signing, order follow - up, and payment collection to ensure the closed - loop of the sales process.

5.其他:完成上级交办的其他销售相关工作,配合团队完成整体销售目标。

Job Requirements:

1. 大学本科毕业,学士学位。理工科优先。

Graduated with a bachelor's degree. Priority given to science and engineering direction.

2.具备2~3年及以上相关行业客户开发经验,有成熟客户资源者优先.

He/ She has 2 - 3 years or more of experience in customer development within related industries. Those with established customer resources will be given priority.

3.具备基本市场敏感度,能主动收集行业动态

Possess basic market sensitivity and be able to proactively collect industry news and trends.

4.有明确的业绩意识和清晰的目标以及计划,能抗压。

Demonstrate a clear sense of performance, have well-defined goals and plans, and be able to withstand pressure.

5.具备良好的良好的沟通能力和执行力、团队协作意识,服从上级安排,能配合团队完成整体销售目标.

Have excellent communication skills, strong execution ability, a sense of teamwork, be obedient to superior arrangements, and be capable of collaborating with the team to achieve the overall sales target.
