SAP SF EC Lead role & responsibilities

SAP SF EC Core Competencies - Preferably Certified in SuccessFactors EC

Should have done at least one 2 implementation and 2 support projects in both SuccessFactors Succession and have hands-on experience on below modules -

• Data Models:

  • Corporate Data models
  • Country Specific Corporate Data Models
  • Succession Data models
  • Country Specific Succession Data Models

• Associations

• Configuration and usages of Business Rules

• Event Reason Derivations Rules configurations and trigger setups for Events

• Workflow Derivation Rules

• Managing RBPs (Role Based Permissions configurations and implementations)

• Import Employees Data

• Manage Mass changes

• HRIS Sync Jobs

• Employee Profile

• Org Chart Structure

• Position Management and Position Org Chart

• Reporting

• SAP CPI expertise

  • Implementing SAP CPI integration using ODATA with SuccessFactors and third-party systems like Payroll, Benefits etc.
  • Expertise in building custom integration flows using SAP CPI
  • Expertise in migration from legacy systems to cloud, setting up integration between SuccessFactors and other vendors

• Sap SF Implementation & Application Maintenance Experience: Experience in business requirement discussion and study with the client to document the AS IS and WOULD BE Business Blueprint (BBP) including user authorization requirement, data sources and report requirement. Configuration and customization of the module as per BBP.

• EC Implementation and Data Migration experience

• Migration tools and Supporting for EC module

• Demonstration of the configured system to core team users.

• Training users and designing the User Acceptance Test scenarios, Conducting UAT and obtaining approval, Master Data collection and purification.

• Transport of final configuration to production server.

• Upload master data, cut over / Go Live and post go-live support.

• Application Management & Support

Experience & Further Qualifications

  • Fluent in English (B2 Upper intermediate).
  • At least 6 years of professional experience in related area.
