Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Sie sind für die inhaltliche Koordination, Betreuung und Umsetzung von Projekten und Themen in der Unternehmenskommunikation zuständig.
- ■Sie konzipieren, gestalten und setzen Inhalte zielgruppengerecht in verschiedenen Formaten um, zum Beispiel in Texten, auf Social Media und in Storyboards.
- ■Sie beraten interne Stakeholder zu Themen der internen Kommunikation mit Fokus Content.
- ■Sie managen und steuern externe Agenturen für die Content-Produktion.
- ■Sie führen Recherchen durch und sind für die Redaktion und Lektorat zuständig. Dabei bewerten und verbessern kontinuierlich das Qualitätsmanagement der
- ■Unternehmenskommunikation.
- ■Sie beobachten technische Entwicklungen im Medienbereich und integrieren diese (zB ChatGPT).
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Medien- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit eines Unternehmens oder einer Agentur
- ■Hohe Text- und Medienkompetenz, belegt durch aussagekräftige Arbeitsproben
- ■Leidenschaft für Content und Storytelling bei gleichzeitiger inhaltlicher Präzision
- ■Erfahrung im Umgang mit multimedialen Ausspielungswegen
- ■Strukturierte und pragmatische Denkweise sowie konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- ■Fachkenntnisse digitaler Kommunikationstools und -ansätze. Kenntnisse im Prompting bei KI Tools in der Medienarbeit
- ■Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch (bevorzugt C2 Niveau), weitere Sprachen von großem Vorteil
