岗位职责 / Job Description

1. 客户开发与管理:主动开拓新客户,有效维护存量客户关系。重点拓展金属制品、建材幕墙、消防、新材料、绿色建筑行业客户。

Customer Development and Management: Hunt new customers and maintain existing customer relationships. Focusing on clients in metal products, building curtain wall, fire protection, new materials and green building industries.

2. 销售目标达成:主动挖掘销售线索与业务机会,独立负责完成个人销售指标。

Sales target achievement: Seek sales leads and business opportunities, and independently achieve assigned sales targets.

3. 解决方案式销售:深度挖掘客户需求,联动技术团队,为客户提供定制化检测、检验、认证及技术培训一体化解决方案。

Solution selling: Explore customer demands, collaborate with technical team to provide customized one-stop solutions including testing, inspection, certification and training services.

4. 市场洞察:持续关注建筑建材、消防、新材料、绿色建筑行业动态、技术及法规更新,转化为有效业务机会。

Market insight: Follow industry dynamics, technical trends and regulatory updates in building materials, fire protection, new materials and green building industries, and convert market insights into business opportunities.

5. 商务谈判与回款:负责商务谈判与合同签约,推动项目落地,保障顺利回款。

Contract negotiation and payment collection: Conduct business negotiation and contract signing, drive project completion and ensure smooth payment collection.

6. 内部协同交付:作为客户与公司的沟通桥梁,协同技术团队推进项目交付,持续提升客户满意度。

Internal cooperation: Act as the bridge between customers and the company, coordinate with technical teams to promote project delivery and improve customer satisfaction.

岗位要求 / Job Requirements

1、本科及以上学历,工科背景优先;市场营销、商务管理相关专业亦可。

Bachelor’s degree or above, engineering background preferred; marketing and business management majors are also acceptable.

2、3年以上相关行业销售或技术经验,熟悉B2B销售流程;具备CSA、UL、BV、SGS、Intertek等TIC行业、建材、消防、新材料、绿色建筑相关经验者优先。

Over 3 years of sales or technical experience in related industries, familiar with B2B sales process; experience in TIC, building materials, fire protection, new materials and green building industries is preferred.

3、具备优秀的沟通表达、商务演讲及谈判能力。

Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

4、英语能力良好,CET-4及以上优先,可熟练处理英文邮件及基础技术文件;学习能力优异者可放宽条件。

Good English skills, CET-4 and above preferred, capable of handling English emails and basic technical documents; candidates with outstanding learning ability are also welcome.
