Process Mining Analyst (w/m/d)

Workplace: Katowice

WHAT TASKS CAN YOU EXPECT?

  • As a Process Mining Analyst, you analyze and streamline our internal customers’ business processes by applying relevant approaches, procedures and technology-enabled solutions.
  • You understand business processes and key challenges and transform them into compelling use cases, relevant metrics and data-driven improvement opportunities.
  • You analyze data sources, requirements and schemas, and extract, transform and load data via SQL/ETL queries into process mining software such as SAP Signavio.
  • You visualize business processes and create dashboards using process mining and reporting tools to identify deviations, inefficiencies and pain points.
  • You are involved in process analysis and process design projects in close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.
  • You develop and maintain reporting solutions, especially in Power BI, and support the preparation, provision and maintenance of data sources for different reporting needs.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES SHOULD YOU HAVE?

  • A bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of related work experience in consulting and/or industry.
  • Hands-on experience with process mining capabilities, SAP Signavio, as well as reporting solutions such as Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Experience in data analysis, business requirements management, business process analysis, business case creation and implementation roadmaps.
  • Knowledge of relational databases, SQL and ETL.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with business and technology stakeholders. German communication and presentation skills are an added value.
  • Analytical mindset, structured way of working and strong problem-solving skills.
