Recruitment Coordination Specialist with German (w/m/d)
Workplace: Katowice
WHAT TASKS CAN YOU EXPECT?
- ■Pre-selection of applications in coordination with the responsible Recruiter and Hiring Managers
- ■Scheduling and coordination of job interviews
- ■Publishing internal and external job advertisements via the internal HR system
- ■Reimbursement of travel costs to external candidates
- ■Coordinating E2E Recruitment for selected positions
- ■Other administrative tasks as required
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES SHOULD YOU HAVE?
- ■At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- ■Fluency in German and very good command of English
- ■Good working knowledge of MS-Office (Word and Excel)
- ■Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- ■Strong communication skills and service orientation
- ■Working experience with ATS, preferably SAP Success Factors, will be an asset
