Job Description
Customer Development and Management: Hunting new customers and maintain existing customer relationships, especially with well-known Electrical manufacturers.
Sales target achievement: Seek sales leads and opportunities, responsible for achieving assigned sales target.
Solution selling: Explore customer demand, collaborate with technical team to provide customer with customized service solutions for testing, inspection, certification, and training.
Market insight: Concern on dynamics, technological trends, and regulatory updates in Electrical industry, and be able to convert into business opportunities.
Contract negotiation and signing: Responsible for business negotiations and drive project completion and ensuring payment collection.
Internal cooperation: As a bridge between customers and company, actively coordinate with technical team to drive project delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
岗位要求
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above, with engineering background (such as electronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automation, etc.) preferred.
Marketing or business management related majors may also be considered
Over 2 years of sales or engineering experiences in electrical industry, familiar with B2B sales process, with background in any of the following fields preferred:
Sales experience in TIC industry;
Experience in sales, technology, or quality management in Electrical industry;
Sales experience in technical services or solutions for the manufacturing industry
Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
Good English reading and writing skills, able to handle English emails and basic technical documents
