■Support the project team for project controlling, order creation, documents preparing, sample handling, payment monitoring, lead time controlling, project management etc. 支持项目团队进行项目分派、项目创建、文件准备、样品处理、付款监控、交付周期控制、项目管理等工作
■Support for certificate procedure, including create certificate in system, send to certifier, send to client, etc. 支持证书相关流程,包括在证书创建、送审,发送给客户等
■Project management: monitor the project status and remind engineer or client for the project in progress. 项目管理:监控项目状态,提醒工程师或客户注意项目进度
■Support group leader to monitor the project’s process, project status; monitor the certificate’s issued problem. 支持上级管理项目进程、项目状态;管理证书签发
■Support sales group for enquiry answer, quotation, etc. 支持销售团队,回答咨询、报价等
■Communicate with client for the relevant document need and perform project management. 就相关文件需求与客户沟通
■Upload document into system. 上传项目文件
■Other issue or task assigned by superior. 上级分配的其他工作
Job Requirements:
工作要求:
■University graduate or above. 本科或以上学历
■At least 1 year of customer service or project coordination experience in TIC industry. 至少 1 年 TIC 行业客户服务或项目协调经验
■Good at English both in spoken and written. 英语口语和书面表达能力良好
■Be careful, proactive and responsible in daily job. 在日常工作中细心、积极主动、有责任心
