Job Responsibilities
- ■Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- ■Collaborate with technical teams to align service offerings with customer needs.
- ■Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry partners and service providers.
- ■Support and handle customer accounts including customer enquiries, quotations and invoicing
- ■Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to drive growth.
- ■Attend trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings to promote services.
- ■Contribute to annual business planning, market trend analysis and target setting.
- ■Support marketing and sales activities; provide training to external clients when required.
- ■Assist the Business Line in achieving overall business unit objectives.
Job Requirements
- ■Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Electronic/ IoT Engineering or related disciplines.
- ■Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- ■Prior experience in a commercial laboratory or testing services industry is a definite advantage
- ■Fluent in English and Mandarin
- ■Excellent communication skills; self-motivated and self-driven, team-oriented, and customer-focused.
- ■Ability to provide solutions and deliver service excellence.
- ■Experience in cybersecurity/ mobile/ wireless topics is a strong plus

- Solar & Commercial: Quality assurance and certification of photovoltaic modules, inverters, and commercial technical installations.
- Medical: Comprehensive testing and certification for medical devices, from diagnostic equipment to implants, including regulatory consulting.
