Job Descriptions:
1.Responsible to execute sample management process according to the most updated and approved global sample management documented process and local specifications and Compass roles in TRGZ.
于德国莱茵TUV GZ分公司负责根据最新和己批核及记录的全球样品管理过程以及本地规格和Compass角色中定义的职责执行样品管理过程。
2.Responsible for sample receiving, registration, putaway, sample dispatch, sample transport & distribution, sample return to client and other assigned duties.
负责样品接收，登记，入库，样品分发，样品运输和配送，样品退回客户和其他有关的样品管理职责。
3.Support sample disposal preparation and sample stock-taking.
支持样品报废和样品盘点的准备工作。
4.Assist to update data in Compass Test Samples Logistics module.
协助更新Compass Test Samples Logistics模块中的数据。
5.Maintain warehouse facilities including but not limited to checking anti-theft system, fire safety equipment and waterproof equipment in clean, safe and secured condition and conducting 5S+1 self-evaluation and safety measures periodically.
维护仓库设施，包括但不限于检查防盗系统，消防安全设备和防水设备的清洁，安全和安全状况，定期进行5S + 1自我评估和安全措施。
6.Handling enquiries related to samples within the scope of the approved documented process from hotline and official email inbox.
处理由仓库热线及仓库电子邮箱中之有关己批核及记录的流程范围内的查询。
7.Follow and complete job assignment per supervisor’s instruction.
