Job Descriptions:
1.Social Media Operation Support：Support the daily operation of company social media channels, including content posting, platform maintenance, and basic data tracking.
Assist in content planning and execution for platforms such as WeChat, WeChat Channels, LinkedIn, etc.
Follow social media trends and industry updates to support content ideas.
社交媒体运营支持：协助运营公司社交媒体平台，包括内容发布、日常维护、数据整理等；
支持微信公众号、视频号、LinkedIn 等平台的内容排期与执行。跟进社交媒体热点及行业动态，协助提出内容创意。

2.Video Editing and Content Creation：Support short video editing for social media, including basic editing, subtitles, visual optimization, and format adaptation.Assist with video script preparation, material collection, shooting support, and post-production.Adapt video content for different social media platforms.
视频内容制作与剪辑：负责或协助完成社交媒体短视频的基础剪辑、字幕添加、画面优化及格式调整；
协助进行视频脚本整理、素材收集、拍摄支持及后期制作。根据不同平台需求，调整视频内容形式和发布版本。
3.Event and Project Support：Support the execution of industry events, customer activities, brand campaigns, and other marketing projects. Coordinate with business teams and internal supporting departments to help drive project implementation.
活动及项目执行支持：协助支持行业会议、客户活动、品牌宣传项目等市场活动的执行工作；
与业务部门及内部支持团队沟通，协助推进项目落地。
4.Complete other marketing communications or internal communications tasks assigned by the supervisor.
支持主管安排的其他市场传播及内部沟通相关工作。

Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s or Master’s student, preferably majoring in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, English, Design, Film Production, or related fields.本科或研究生在读，市场营销、传播学、新闻学、广告学、英语、设计、影视制作等相关专业优先。
2.Familiar with social media platforms and interested in short video content creation.熟悉社交媒体平台，对短视频内容有兴趣，了解基本内容运营逻辑。
3.Basic video editing skills; experience with Jianying, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools is preferred.具备基础视频剪辑能力，熟悉剪映、Premiere Pro、CapCut 或其他视频剪辑工具者优先。
4.Good Chinese writing skills; good English reading and writing skills are a plus.具备良好的中文写作能力，英文读写能力良好者优先。
5.Detail-oriented, responsible, and good at communication and teamwork.工作细心、责任心强，具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作意识。
