Job Descriptions:
1.Prepare test plan according to the IEC/EN/UL (standards), or other standards and arrange the test.
根据IEC/EN/UL（标准）或其他标准制定测试计划并安排测试。
2.Support to establish testing facilities, procedures, instructions and template according to ISO/IEC 17025 to improve testing service capability and quality.
依据 ISO/IEC 17025 标准要求，协助建设检测场地设施、编制试验规程、作业指导书文件及表单模板，提升检测服务能力与服务质量。
3.Actively communicate with client on the testing relevant issues.
积极与客户就测试相关问题进行沟通。
4.Monitor and control project progress, ensure report quality and complete the assigned projects within lead time.
监督和控制项目进度，确保报告质量，并按期完成项目。
5.Develop new internal standard or get familiar with the newly published standard according market needs.
根据市场需求制定新的内部标准或熟悉新发布的标准。
6.Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
直接主管交办的其他工作。
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical, electronics, automation, etc. engineering
本科及以上学历，电力电子、电气、自动化等相关工程技术类专业。
2.Over 1 year of working experience in testing or design of PV inverters, EV charging equipment or switching power supply; proficient in the operating principles and application scenarios of inverters, EV chargers and switching power supply, and familiar with common hardware topologies of such products. Candidates with prior experience in product testing & certification or power supply design are preferred.
1年以上光伏逆变器或电动汽车充电设备或开关电源测试或设计经验，熟悉逆变器，电动汽车充电设备， 开关电源的工作原理和使用场景，了解产品硬件拓扑。有产品检测相关或电源设计的工作经验者优先。
3.Be proficient in operating test instruments including PV simulators, grid simulators, power analyzers, oscilloscopes and other related equipment.Possess basic knowledge of circuit theory and fundamental principles of power products, capable of reading English technical documents.Skilled in MS Office software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
能够熟练使用测试仪器，如PV模拟器、模拟电网、功率分析仪、示波器等仪器。 熟悉电路基本知识和电源产品基本原理，能看懂英文技术资料。 熟练使用办公软件MS office Word, Excel, Power Point等。
4.English: CET-4 or above, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills will be preferred.
英语：CET-4及以上, 有一定的听说读写能力者优先
5.Possess good teamwork spirit and communication skills, adept at communicating with project engineers and customers to resolve issues arising during testing.Strong learning ability and sense of responsibility, self-motivated, able to handle tedious daily work, hard-working and available for overtime work as required.Capable of innovative thinking to propose new testing methods and suggestions for laboratory optimization and improvement.
