Job Responsibility岗位职责
■Achieving auto testing/certification sales target , including:汽车产品认证测试服务销售目标达成,其中包括:
■Respond and follow client’s enquiry跟进客户的问询
■Searching and dig out potential clients and promote service搜寻并挖掘潜在客户,并向潜在客户推荐公司业务
■Visit client, maintain customer relationship and dig out potential business opportunity拜访客户,维护业务关系,并挖掘潜在机会
■Prepare agreement and quotation, keep good billing and client’s payment准备协议和报价,良好的账单和客户的回款
■Collaborate with thechnical team to promote the success ratio of enquiry, satisfaction of project delivery与项目技术团队保持良好沟通,提高询价的成功率,项目交付的满意度
■Business Development业务拓展:
Promote new service, learning, find sales opportunity
新服务的推进,学习,寻找销售线索
■Sales operation and support销售运营与支持:
■Obey company sales policy遵循公司销售政策
■Conduct business analysis, competitor survey进行市场信息分析,竞争对手分析
■Attend Marketing activity eg.Seminar, Exhibition参加市场活动,包括但不限于研讨会,展会等
■Sales report, sales document, sales systems data销售报表,销售文件,销售系统数据处理
Job Requirement任职要求:
■Bachelor degree or above本科及以上学历
■>3 years sales experience , auto industry or TIC experience is preferred.3年以上销售经验,具有汽车行业或检测认证行业销售经验优先
■Good communication skill, presentation skill, felixibility and negotiation ability.良好的人际沟通能力,表达能力,应变能力和谈判能力
■Strong logital thinking, well-organized, multi-thread working ability.逻辑思维能力强,条理清晰,多线程业务工作能力
■Good team work spirit and customer oriented.良好的团队合作精神和服务态度
■Basic English reading and writing ability.基础的英文读写能力
■Willingto travel frequently.愿意经常出差
