Job Description
Generic:
- ■Delivers projects and measures to contribute to strategic HR agenda and objectives
- ■Reviews implemented practices and measures in the light of business and HR objectives
- ■Provides value-adding HR services to line management in defined key areas
- ■Connects cross-company and shares best practices to support continuous process improvement and harmonization
Specification:
HR Management:
- ■Ensures successful delivery of projects with regards to HR strategy, incl. assessment of as-is status, assignment of individual objectives and communication of HR strategy
- ■Executes concrete change management interventions, based on change management framework and reviews impact
- ■Analyzes as-is and to-be organizational performance including delivery and review of concrete organizational improvement measures
- ■Communicates, implements and reviews appropriate measures with regards to corporate culture, diversity and leadership framework
- ■Drives strategic and operative workforce planning by analyzing workforce requirements and defining workforce plans per department or business stream
Experience & Further Qualifications
- ■Fluent in English (B2 Upper intermediate)
- ■Fluent in local language (B2 Upper intermediate)
- ■3-5 years of experience in related area
- ■At least 1 year of experience as Project Member
- ■At least 3 years of experience working in/ with intercultural teams
