Job Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for the daily provision, maintenance and optimization of workstations, including hardware, software, network, security and support according to existing corporate’s standards.

根据公司现有标准，负责办公电脑的日常配置、维护和优化，包括硬件、软件、网络、安全和支持。

2.Responsible for the fast and effective resolution of IT malfunctions.

负责快速有成效地解决IT故障。

3.Support the seamless integration of new IT systems or applications into the user's existing IT landscape.

支持将新的IT系统或应用程序集成到用户现有的IT环境中。

4.Work on premises to help with the planning, implementation and support of IT projects or tasks.

在现场协助IT项目或任务的计划、实施和支持。

5.Advise on the selection, adaptation and implementation of IT solutions or products based on needs and requirements of the divisions.

根据各部门的需要和要求，就IT解决方案或产品的选择、调整和实施提供建议。

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in computer science or related fields, with at least 3 years of IT service operation and maintenance experience.

本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年及以上IT服务运维经验。

2.self-driven to learn new technologies and trends.

主动学习新技术和新趋势.

3.Responsible, effectiveness, and customer-service-oriented

有责任心、有成效、客户服务意识.

4.Open and willing to effective communication, CET6.

沟通能力强，英语六级。

5.Candidates with IT work experience in international enterprises and relevant experience in PMP, information security and ITIL are preferred.

有国际企业IT工作及PMP、ITIL、信息安全体系相关经验者优先。
