SUMMARY:

This role will primarily drive recruitment for the Testing Inspection & Certification (TIC) sector. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and referring applicants for technical, niche and hard-to-fill professional positions throughout the company.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• ■Manage full cycle recruiting process; sourcing, interviewing, engaging with applicants from screening phase to offer negotiation.
• ■Actively sources passive, qualified candidates for complex, hard-to-fill positions, including managerial and executive roles.
• ■Post open positions to appropriate sites, use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
• ■Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements, conduct prescreening interviews, phone interviews, and in person interview.
• ■Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data.
• ■Provide feedback on candidates to hiring managers, agencies and directly to candidates. Coordinate start dates with applicant and hiring manager.
• ■Build networks through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees to find and develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
• ■Coordinate and manage the use of external recruitment agencies.
• ■Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge, Skill, & Abilities

• ■Ability to multi-task and follow through with minimal supervision required.
• ■Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills required.
• ■Excellent written and verbal communication skills both internal and external required.
• ■Ability to interface with all levels of the organization.
• ■LinkedIn Recruiter Project management experience required.
• ■ADP applicant tracking system experience a plus.

Education

• ■Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and/or experience

• ■Minimum 10+ years of Full Life Cycle Recruitment in Engineering or TIC sector.
• ■Extensive experience in direct & passive candidate sourcing utilizing applicant tracking systems and social media tools like LinkedIn to engage and recruit if necessary.
