Activities & responsibilities

• ■In this position, you provide technical leadership to all team members and take on the disciplinary management of your direct reports.
• ■You act as the primary interface with the global practice head, ensuring effective information exchange, coordination, calibration and harmonization across the team.
• ■A key part of your role is to embed quality assurance measures into the internal IT platform so that rules can be permanently enforced and continuously monitored.
• ■You plan and coordinate internal audits, management reviews and overlapping trainings, making sure that results and learnings are translated into concrete improvements.
• ■When issues arise – for example complaints, investigations or findings from external audits – you support structured problem solving and contribute analyses and inputs to the ongoing development of strategy, processes and tools.

Experience & further qualifications

• ■Sound knowledge of international QHSE audit standards and schemes as well as applicable regulatory requirements at international level
• ■Solid understanding of accreditation and recognition procedures and requirements, including auditor competency requirements, plus practical experience in the QHSE auditing business
• ■Proven people leadership skills combined with intercultural competence and experience in international business environments
• ■Business-fluent written and spoken English language skills; good German language skills are considered an advantage
• ■Confident use of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools such as MS Teams and SharePoint
