Job Description
- ■Conducts training and webinars for external customers and/or TR employees.
- ■Develops and prepares training materials such as presentations, hand-outs and preparatory documents for final examinations.
- ■Evaluates up-to-dateness and effectiveness of training measures, content and materials in cooperation with the Training Manager and due to customer’s feedback and takes measures to improve them.
- ■Trains technical skills and teaches professional theory, prepares and delivers lessons.
- ■Prepares for the examination in specialist theory and practice if necessary.
- ■Supports and motivates the participants/trainees according to their needs.
- ■Plans vocational training according to framework curriculum and coordinates execution internally.
- ■Participates in the development and implementation of support plans or activation measures where appropriate.
- ■Cover key topics such as Lean, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, OEE, RCA, Problem Solving, and ISO 9001
- ■Support client improvement programs in quality, productivity, and operational performance.
- ■Engage with clients to identify training needs and ensure effective delivery.
- ■Other duties as assigned.
Education
University Degree in Engineering or Industrial EngineeringOr University Degree in Management
Work Experience
3-5 years of professional experience in training, consulting, manufacturing, operational excellence or QMS.
Additional Work Requirements
- ■Good understanding of Lean, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, OEE, RCA, Problem Solving, and ISO 9001
- ■Strong Communication, Facilitation, Presentation and Client Engagement Skills
Language Skills
- ■Good command of Bahasa Indonesia & English
- ■Proficiency in Mandirin will be advantage
