Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Als Assistenz der Vertriebsleitung (w/m/d) arbeitest du eng mit dem Teamleiter, dem Gesamtvertriebsleiter sowie weiteren Führungskräften und Manager*in zusammen, um vertriebliche Maßnahmen umzusetzen und nachzuverfolgen.
  • In Deinem Zuständigkeitsbereich liegen die Koordination und Verfolgung von laufenden Projekten sowohl national als auch international (Unterstützung bei der Nutzung von Tools wie z.B. Salesforce).
  • Du bist für die Vorbereitung, Koordination und Nachbereitung von internen und externen Besprechungen, Präsentationen, Geschäftsreisen und Kundenbesuchen zuständig.
  • Die Überwachung und Auswertung von Verkaufszahlen, Marktanalysen und Kundenentwicklungen gehört ebenso zu Deinen Aufgaben.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Implementierung und Nutzung neuer digitaler Tools und Prozesse zur Vertriebssteuerung.Darüber hinaus unterstützt Du bei der Erstellung von Reisekostenabrechnungen sowie beim Onboarding neuer Mitarbeitenden.

Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Verwaltung, Management oder ähnlicher Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise im Vertriebsumfeld
  • Zusätzliche Qualifikationen, wie z.B. im Bereich Vertrieb, Organisation oder Projektmanagement sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Führungskräften und in der Unterstützung von Managementaufgaben
  • Umfassende Salesforce Kenntnisse sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Fließende Deutsch- (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift
