Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Du bist erste*r Ansprechpartner*in bei inhaltlichen Fragen zum betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagement und berätst unsere Kunden zu allgemeinen sowie speziellen Themen des BGM.
- ■Als Berater*in für betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement organisierst, begleitest und dokumentierst Du regelmäßig Kundengespräche.
- ■Du berätst, schulst und führst Maßnahmen der betrieblichen Gesundheitsförderung insbesondere zu den Themen Bewegung und Ergonomie, Demografie & Arbeit im Alter, Ernährung & Entspannung, sowie Stress durch. Dabei agierst Du auch in der Rolle des Moderators.
- ■Das Beraten des internen Teams bei der Reflexion bestehender und der Generierung neuer Dienstleistungen zählt zu Deinen Aufgaben.
- ■Darüber hinaus entwickelst Du stetig bestehende Kundenbeziehungen weiter und bist verantwortlich für die Koordination von Kundenaufträgen.
Dein Einsatzgebiet liegt in Ostsachsen, sowie teilweise in Sachsen bzw. Thüringen und Südbrandenburg.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium im Bereich Sport- oder Gesundheitswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich (z. B. Gesundheitsökonomie)
- ■Mindestens 1-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Tätigkeitsbereich
- ■Ausgeprägte Empathie, ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- ■Freude an der Tätigkeit im Außendienst und ein Führerschein der Klasse B
