Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Du koordinierst die Einsätze unserer interdisziplinären Teams bei Kunden und realisierst eigenverantwortlich die Jahreseinsatzplanung.
  • Du übernimmst die Terminorganisation und Routenplanung.
  • Du nimmst Kundenanfragen an, leitest diese weiter und gewährleistest einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss zwischen den Bereichen.
  • Du überprüfst und behältst den Stand der Auftragserfüllung im Blick und dokumentierst ihn.
  • Du planst engagiert die Untersuchungen in unseren Arbeitsmedizinischen Zentren.

Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und Erfahrung als Disponent*in in der Dienstleistungsbranche
  • Erfahrung im medizinischen Bereich aber auch insbesondere als Medizinische Fachangestellte (MFA) (w/m/d)
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Freude am Telefonieren und im Umgang mit Menschen, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ein passendes Kommunikationsverhalten
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung, Organisationsgeschick, stets lösungsorientiertes Handeln, Fähigkeit in unvorhergesehenen Situationen Ruhe zu bewahren und in stressigen Situationen zu agieren
  • Fähigkeit die Arbeit zu priorisieren und damit effektiv gestalten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, MS-Office Kenntnisse
