Job Description
- ■Responsible for clarifying the project objectives and scope in consultation with the project stakeholders including the definition of sub-projects and assignment of sub project managers.
- ■Leads, coordinates and consolidates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, trouble-shooting and stakeholder management.
- ■Ensures detailed project plans, including work packages, activities and milestones necessary to successfully implement the project are provided by sub-project managers.
- ■Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
- ■Determines measures to evaluate the project results.
- ■Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.
- ■Is responsible for project controlling / project status tracking and the final report, including the preparation of presentations and status reports.
- ■Establishes a communication concept to ensure information flows between all project participants.
- ■Manages other Project Managers within large projects.
- ■Acts as a contact person for Executive Management to provide project update and support decision making.
Experience & Further Qualifications
- ■Fluent in English (B2 Upper intermediate)
- ■GPMS Standard
- ■5-10 years of professional experience in related area
- ■At least 3 years of experience as Project Leader
