Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■In deiner Position unterstützt du Menschen mit verschiedenen Problemlagen dabei, für sie echte Perspektiven zu schaffen: indem du sie in ihrem sozialen Umfeld begleitest, unterstützt und aktivierst.
- ■Du führst eine ganzheitliche Einzelbetreuung nach §16k SGB II durch
- ■Du bietest Beratung und Verhaltenstraining an, dokumentierst die Betreuung Coaching und leistest so individuelle Hilfestellung bei Problemlagen.
- ■Förder- bzw. Aktivierungs- oder Eingliederungspläne erarbeitest du und setzt diese gemeinsam mit den Maßnahme-Teilnehmenden um.
- ■Du arbeitest mit Bezugspersonen und Arbeitsvermittler*innen zusammen – Denn das Wir ist dir wichtig.
Die Stelle ist für 12 Monate befristet und in Berlin-Schöneberg zu besetzen. Sie kann sowohl in Vollzeit als auch Teilzeit (mind. 30 Wochenstunden verteilt auf 5 Tage) besetzt werden.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialpädagogik/-arbeit bzw. Soziale Arbeit und/oder Pädagogik, idealerweise mit den Ergänzungsfächern bzw. Studienschwerpunkten Sozialpädagogik/Jugendhilfe oder staatlich anerkannte Erzieher*innen
- ■Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit öffentlichen Fördermittelgebern (Arbeitsagenturen/Jobcentern u.a.)
- ■Einfühlungsvermögen, Beratungskompetenz und Konfliktfähigkeit
- ■Konstruktiver und erfolgreicher Umgang mit schwierigen Situationen sowie zielorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- ■Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC und
- ■Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse, Sprachkenntnisse in ukrainisch, russisch, arabisch, türkisch, rumänisch, bulgarisch und/oder englisch sind wünschenswert
