Tasks may vary in Regions, but typically include some or all the following:

Key Responsibilities:

• ■Provides support and input in the development of BS-specific Quality, HSE, Data Security Information Security QHSE DS ISMS processes.
• ■Analyzes current BS-specific IMS processes within the BS and it´s Service Delivery Processes (Training, Consulting, Certification)
• ■Implements necessary changes for BS in coordination with all stakeholders (Regional QHSE DS ISMS Team, Business).
• ■Creates or advises on formal BS specific process descriptions and ensure their upload to the document management system.
• ■Conducts BS-specific safety inspections in collaboration with the occupational safety specialist.
• ■Work with Corporate Data Protection and Information Security to define Business Stream and Field specific governance levels.
• ■Advises in developing BS-specific data protection and information security processes.
• ■Establishes and maintains reporting standards for QHSE, Data Protection IT Security at both local and regional level and manages escalation process
• ■Key Responsibilities might include operational tasks (e.g.process documentation, preparing and delivering workshops).

Work Experience

Work Experience:

• ■5-10 years of professional experience in related area
• ■First experience in requirements engineering and project management required
• ■At least 5 years of experience working in/with intercultural teams

Further Qualifications:

• ■Fluent in English (B2 upper intermediate)
• ■Solid experience with management systems (e.g. 9001, 14001, 27001)
• ■Familiarity with GDPR
• ■Proven experience in process analysis and improvement
• ■Experience working within corporate- or Matrix structures
