Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Sie unterstützen bei der Identifikation und Bewertung von IT-Compliance Risiken.
- ■Sie beraten unsere Kunden im Bereich Industrie und Finanzwesen im In- und Ausland zu allen Fragen der IT-Compliance, insbesondere NIS2, EU Data Act, KI- Verordnung, DSGVO und CRA.
- ■Sie sind verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung des IT-Compliance Management Systems und der entsprechenden Prozesse sowie der Einführung und Umsetzung von Industrie Standards bei unseren Kunden (u.a. ISO27001, ISO27701, ISO22301, ISO37301).
- ■Sie begleiten Pre-Sales Termine.
- ■Sie verfolgen die Rechtsentwicklung aktiv und leiten daraus Anpassungen unserer Portfolio Elemente ab.
- ■Sie führen selbstständig Gap- und Performance Analysen zum Umsetzungsstand regulatorischer Anforderungen bei unseren Kunden durch.
- ■Sie prüfen und überwachen Datenverarbeitungsvorgänge im Rahmen der Mitwirkungen an Audits und Zertifizierungen und verantworten die Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Mitarbeiter- und Führungskräftetrainings.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschlossenes Hochschul-oder Fachhochschulstudium im Bereich Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsrecht, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Informatik
- ■Wirtschaftsjurist oder Volljurist mit 2-5 Jahren Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position, vorzugsweiser als Berater*in (w/m/d)
- ■Starkes Interesse an und Verständnis für IT-Themen sowie geschäftsorientierte und vertriebsaffine Berater*in (w/m/d) Mentalität
- ■Zertifizierungen wie CIPP-E, CISM, CISSP, AIGP, IT-Compliance Manager sind wünschenswert, aber kein must have
- ■Exzellente Deutsch-und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
