Aufgaben
- ■Sie führen fachlich die angeschlossenen Fachberater und Kfz-Sachverständigen (w/m/d) und begleiten deren Weiterentwicklung, inklusive der Einarbeitung neuer Kollegen.
- ■Sie entwickeln die SWD-Aktivitäten in den Regionen in enger Abstimmung mit den Regionalleitern weiter.
- ■Sie sind der fachliche Ansprechpartner für Rückfragen, führen Schulungsmaßnahmen durch und bearbeiten Reklamationen als Bindeglied zwischen Kunde, Fachberater, Kfz-Sachverständigen (w/m/d) und Zentrale.
- ■Sie begleiten Kandidaten fachlich während der Ausbildung und bewerten die Expertise neuer Sachverständiger im Rahmen von Vorstellungsgesprächen.
Profil
- ■Sie haben mehrjährige berufliche Erfahrung als Kfz-Meister oder Karosserie-Meister sowie als Kfz-Sachverständiger, idealerweise mit einem fachlichen Schwerpunkt
- ■Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und bringen gegebenenfalls erste Führungserfahrung mit
- ■Sie verfügen über ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und handeln stets kundenorientiert
- ■Sie bewahren auch in herausfordernden Situationen Ruhe, zeigen Resilienz und besitzen die Fähigkeit zur Konfliktlösung
- ■Sie bringen eine hohe Motivation mit, Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten und die Weiterentwicklung Ihrer Kollegen zu fördern
