Aufgaben
- ■Als Stellv. Technische*r Leiter*in sind Sie für Unterstützung des technischen Leiters bei der jährlich wiederkehrenden DAkkS Auditierung sowie Sicherstellung der Normenkonformität nach DIN EN ISO / IEC 17020 & 17025 in NRW verantwortlich.
- ■Sie übernehmen Verantwortung als stellvertretender Technische*r Leiter*in einer amtlich anerkannten Überwachungsorganisation gemäß Anlage VIIIb Abs. 5 StVZO, einschließlich fachlicher Leitung von Prüfingenieuren und Fachberatern.
- ■Gewährleistung der Qualität und Sicherheit angewandter Verfahren und Dienstleistungen sowie Überwachung der Einhaltung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems liegt in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich.
- ■Ihnen obliegt Fachaufsicht über den Einsatz von Prüfmitteln und Hilfsmitteln für Prüfdienstleistungen (HU (§29) und Änderungsabnahmen (§19 (3)).
- ■Konstruktiver Austausch mit Behörden und Vertretung des Technischen Leiters*in der ÜO in Gremien wie dem Arbeitskreis Erfahrungsaustausch (AKE) gehört zu Ihren Aufgaben.
Profil
- ■Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Prüfingenieur*in gemäß VIIIb StVZO und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in dieser Funktion
- ■Umfangreiche Kenntnisse der organisatorischen Abläufe einer Überwachungsorganisation sowie der jeweiligen Dienstleistungen und Aufgabenbereiche der Fahrzeugprüfung
- ■Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, internen Projekten, gerne Erfahrung als Auditor*in
- ■Erste Führungserfahrung oder Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Teams von Vorteil
- ■Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Konfliktlösefähigkeit, hohe Motivation und Überzeugungsfähigkeit
- ■Deutschlandweite Reisebereitschaft
