Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört das Unterstützen und Begleiten unserer Kunden bei der Fertigung und Instandsetzung von Schienenfahrzeugen, deren zugehörigen Ersatzteilen, Komponenten und Dienstleistungen und das Gewährleisten der definierten Qualität an diesen.
- ■Das Verantworten der Dokumentation der festgestellten Ergebnisse auf Prüf- und Checklisten, das Prüfen der Fertigungsdokumente auf Vollständigkeit, sowie das Prüfen, Beurteilen und Bewerten der Umsetzung der geltenden Regelwerke und Standards im Bereich von Schienenfahrzeugen fällt ebenfalls in Ihren Aufgabenbereich.
- ■Des Weiteren sind Sie für die Qualitätsprüfung nach Fertigstellung zuständig, begleiten die Fahrzeugübergaben an den Kunden, überwachen Instandhaltungsarbeiten auf die Einhaltung von gesetzlichen Vorgaben und Richtlinien und erstellen Prüfberichte und Gutachten auf Basis der Prüfungen.
- ■Außerdem sind Sie für das Erstellen von versicherungstechnischen Schadengutachten zuständig, wobei Sie gelegentlich auch die Abwicklung des gesamten Prozesses koordinieren und überwachen bis hin zur Instandsetzung des Fahrzeuges.
- ■Die Leitung der Projekte und das kontinuierliche Überwachen der Qualität, der Termine, der Wirtschaftlichkeit, usw. während allen Projektphasen rundet Ihren Aufgabenbereich ab.
- ■Die Stelle ist bundesweit zu besetzen.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Fahrzeugtechnik, Antriebstechnik, Bahntechnik (idealerweise Schwerpunkt Schienenfahrzeugtechnik), oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- ■Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Fahrzeugtechnik und der einschlägigen Regelwerke
- ■Kenntnisse in der Qualitätsprüfung, Grundlagen des Qualitätsmanagements und Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Fertigung und / oder Instandhaltung von Schienenfahrzeugen und deren Kompetenten
- ■Produktionsverständnis (insb. Fahrzeuge), Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und Kenntnis und Verständnis des Verbundsystems „Bahn“
- ■Proaktive, strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise, ein hohes Maß an Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, ein ausgeprägter Leistungswille, Engagement, sowie verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse in Deutsch und sichere Englischkenntnisse (weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil)
