Aufgaben
- ■Dir obliegt die standortübergreifende fachliche, wirtschaftliche und disziplinarische Verantwortung für unsere Arbeitsmedizinischen Zentren an den Standorten in Berlin.
- ■Du führst, motivierst und entwickelst ein Team mit ca. 20 – 30 Beschäftigten (m/w/d) aus unterschiedlichen Berufsgruppen, z.B. Ärzte/-innen, Ingenieure/-innen, Psychologen/-innen, medizinischem Fachpersonal und akademischen Gesundheitsberufen.
- ■Wirtschaftlich trägst Du die Verantwortung für Deine Standorte und bist für die optimale Ressourcensteuerung und Kundenbearbeitung in der Region zuständig.
- ■Du verantwortest den Aufbau und die Pflege eines umfassenden Kundennetzwerkes, führst Kundenbesuche durch und repräsentierst unser Unternehmen in Deiner Region.
- ■Zudem arbeitest du an niederlassungsübergreifenden Projekten mit und stehst im engen Austausch mit der Regionalbereichsleitung.
Profil
- ■Abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. Betriebswirtschaft, Gesundheitsmanagement, Sozialwissenschaften, Technik, Medizin, Psychologie)
- ■Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung, bevorzugt im Dienstleistungsumfeld
- ■Idealerweise Kenntnisse aus dem Bereich Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz sowie Betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement
- ■Unternehmerisches Denken, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und sicheres Auftreten
- ■Hohe Kundenorientierung und Dienstleistungsmentalität
- ■Führerschein der Klasse B sowie Bereitschaft und Flexibilität für Dienstreisen
