Aufgaben
- ■Im Rahmen Sustainable Procurement unterstützen Sie die Umsetzung von Nachhaltigkeitsstrategien im Einkaufsbereich.
- ■Sie unterstützen bei der Durchführung der Lieferanten-Risikoanalyse unter Berücksichtigung der Anforderungen aus dem Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz (LkSG) oder sonstigen regulatorischen Anforderungen.
- ■Sie stehen in Kontakt mit internen Nutzern oder Lieferanten im Rahmen der Risikoanalyse oder entsprechender Folgemaßnahmen.
- ■Im Kontext von Procurement Process & Systems unterstützen Sie den weltweiten Rollout und die kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Einkaufsprozessen und -systemen.
- ■Sie unterstützen interne Anwender sowie Lieferanten bei der Nutzung unserer Einkaufssysteme (z.B. SAP Ariba (unterschiedliche Module), SAP MM etc.) und stehen mit diesen in direktem Kontakt.
- ■Sie bieten Support für Anwender an, führen einfache Fehleranalysen durch, lösen einfache technische Probleme und setzen einfache Prozess- oder Systemanpassungen gemäß zugewiesenen Aufgaben um.
- ■Insgesamt unterstützen Sie bei der Erstellung von Berichten und Auswertungen zu Nachhaltigkeits- und anderen Themen im Einkauf.
- ■Sie unterstützen bei sonstigen Projekten und Aufgaben im Einkauf in Bezug auf Nachhaltigkeit sowie Prozesse & Systeme.
Profil
- ■Abgeschlossene Hochschulausbildung (Bachelor oder Master)
- ■Grundkenntnisse im Thema Nachhaltigkeit und Einkauf
- ■Gute PC Kenntnisse (MS Office)
- ■Erste Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von Vorteil
- ■Grundkenntnisse in SAP Systemen oder Einkaufssystemen von Vorteil
- ■Sorgfältige, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- ■Freude am Kontakt mit Kollegen, anderen Fachabteilungen und Lieferanten
- ■Gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse
