The salary range for this position is $50,000-$70,000 and reflects factors such as years of experience, relevant expertise, and overall qualifications.

Job Summary

Coordinates multiple product certification and testing projects to ensure timely execution, effective resource utilization, and a positive customer experience. Supports project planning, documentation management, stakeholder communication, scheduling, and project tracking while maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Job Description

  • Coordinate multiple certification and testing projects simultaneously while maintaining project schedules, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Schedule and coordinate resources, test engineers, equipment, laboratory capacity, and other project requirements to support successful project execution.
  • Monitor project milestones, testing schedules, and deliverables to help ensure projects are completed on time and in accordance with customer requirements.
  • Ensure all required customer documentation, technical files, approvals, and supporting information are received and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and electronic project files within company systems.
  • Coordinate communication among customers, laboratory personnel, engineers, reviewers, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective information flow.
  • Track project progress and proactively communicate schedule updates, risks, delays, and action items.
  • Coordinate on-site testing activities, customer visits, witness testing, and travel arrangements as required.
  • Monitor certification and project status to support the timely completion of reports, approvals, and certificates.
  • Generate project status reports and workload updates to support project visibility and decision-making.
  • Identify scheduling conflicts and assist with workload balancing and resource planning.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts that enhance project execution efficiency, operational effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor the status and validity of certificates and related documentation.
  • Create orders or support order processing activities.
  • Support invoicing activities by verifying project milestones and required documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

University Degree welcome but not required in Business Administration or equivalent work experience

Work Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in related area.
  • Experience in a laboratory, testing, certification, engineering, manufacturing, or regulated industry is preferred.
  • Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced technical environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent document control skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to identify project risks and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Strong proactive problem-solving and follow-up skills.
  • Experience using project management, ERP, CRM, or laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
  • Experience supporting product certification programs such as IEC 60601, UL, CSA, EMC, FCC, RED, or other regulatory testing.
  • Familiarity with quality systems such as ISO 17025, ISO 9001, or ISO 13485.
  • CAPM, PMP, or other project management certification is a plus.
